William M. Halford passed away peacefully on Friday, October 3, 2014 at Season's Hospice in Phoenixville, PA. He was 83. Mr. Halford was a resident of Valley Forge, PA. He worked as a sales rep. for the steel industry. Born in Canton, Ohio on July 29, 1931, he was a son of the late Charles H. and Pauline J. (Hoobler) Halford. William was the husband of Esther L. (Strunk) Halford. Funeral services date and time will be announced at a later date.
