William J. Rosen

Rosen, William J., died peacefully on December 19, 2023. Survived by his wife Anne (Arick); children, Eric, and Christine Jackson (Jason). Grandfather to Madison and Samantha Rosen, Jameson, Connor, and Shane Jackson. Predeceased by his parents James and Ruth (Bruey) and brother Jim. Survived by his sister Ruthanne.

Bill attended Frankford High School where he sang in the choir and played football. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy at CCP and worked at Northeastern, St. Mary’s and Nazareth Hospitals. Bill was a lifetime member of Knights of Columbus and belonged to Immaculate Conception Council #3512.

Bill enjoyed explaining Eagles football in excruciating detail! Loved all foods except Armour Hot Dogs and big chunks of cucumbers. He loved watching all news all the time even though “Kyw Bill” never got the story straight. He was known for his heart of gold and never met a charity he would not contribute to.

His most enduring words of wisdom included, “Fill up the tank when it’s ½ full so it doesn’t freeze”, “Never pop a pimple in the triangle”, and “He’s a nice guy”.

Relatives and friends are invited to Bill’s visitation on Friday, December 29, 2023, from 10-11 am, followed by his Funeral Mass starting at 11 am both held at St. Ephrem’s Catholic Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
