Scott William Ainsworth Scott, Jr., at age 71, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away Friday, November 27th at Cheltenham Nursing Home. Loving father of Clara Rivera, William A. Scott III and Kelly Anne. William was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 1, 1944, a son of the late Ruth (Dietz) and William  A.
